Golden Thickshake
Oh me, oh my. This gloriously golden and deliciously thick thickshake is a must try. The perfect drink in the hot weather and enjoyed anywhere at any time of day! As with my general philosophy around food, it’s no fuss and easy to make, yet is full of flavour and yums. Enjoy!
1 banana
1 carrot, steamed
½ - 1cm piece of fresh ginger (depending on how much you like ginger)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
2 tablespoons hemp or chia seeds
1 scoop collagen (optional)
1 cup milk of choice or water
Handful of ice
1. Blend everything together in a blender
2. Enjoy!
