Address disordered eating patterns and habits – it’s important to work with disordered eating soon, before these habits become diagnosable eating disorders. But no matter what stage you’re at (‘disordered eating’ or ‘eating disorder’), I’m here to help. These may include overeating, binge eating, restricting food, compensatory behaviours such as purging or excessive exercise, body image concerns, repetitive dieting, a fixation with counting calories or weighing food, and orthorexia (an obsession with only eating ‘healthy’ food).
Address anxiety, stress and any other co-existing health concerns - my experience has shown me that struggles around food and body are often tied up with anxiety and stress, as well as other concerns like digestive and hormonal health, and these are other passion areas of mine.
Navigate the confusing world of nutrition and ‘healthy eating’, and tune into yourself – we’ll shut out the external noise, dismantle rules around food and let go of diet mentality. Instead, we’ll build your confidence and trust in tuning in to yourself and making your own decisions around food. Here, we’ll often incorporate intuitive eating philosophies and practices.
Look beyond what you eat – and also consider your thoughts, feelings and behaviours around food. Here, we’ll often incorporate mindful eating philosophies and practices.
Take a holistic and individualised approach – by going beyond nutrition to incorporate various lifestyle aspects to help you create realistic, enjoyable and long lasting changes – physically, mentally and emotionally. I’ll also take into account your unique goals, challenges, likes and dislikes, history and circumstances.
What I won’t do is give you a diet or meal plan to follow, count calories, weigh you or use other rigid rules. Instead, we’ll turn our focus to helping you trust yourself and improve your relationship with food, your body and yourself.
Initial Consultation (90 mins)
In your first consultation, we’ll discuss what’s brought you in and what you’d like help with. Here, we’ll explore your current symptoms, various body systems, health history, sleep patterns, energy, stress levels, self care and more. We’ll also discuss various aspects relating to eating, including your behaviours, thoughts and emotions surrounding food. We’ll pay careful attention to your individual circumstances, hopes and desires as we’re all different and have our own story. Together, we’ll formulate a treatment plan that’s unique to you, your preferences and goals. Certain practitioner-only supplements may also be prescribed if appropriate.
Follow Up Consultation (60 mins)
In a follow up consultation, we’ll check in on your progress and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. This provides a key opportunity to reflect and delve deeper to ensure long lasting and enjoyable changes.
Short Consultation (30 mins)

Health Funds
I' am registered with all Australian private health funds that offer rebates for nutrition consultations. Provision of rebates will depend on your level of cover, please call your health fund to find out more.

I practice from two beautiful clinic locations in Sydney, as we as online.
On Thursdays, you can find me at Haven Wellness, a body positive women’s fitness studio located at 72 Carlton Crescent, Summer Hill NSW 2130.
On Fridays, I practice from a lovely private clinic located at 2 Yaralla Street, Concord West NSW 2138.
Outside of this, I am also available for online appointments. These consultations are available for all clients Australia wide and globally (with the exception of those in the USA or Canada).
