Chrissy Chocolate Bark - 2 Ways
I looove making chocolate bark. It’s an easy, fun and creative process with adding whatever flavour combinations your heart desires. In celebration of the holiday season, here are two fantastically festive options for you to make. Enjoy them yourself and gift them to loved ones - they make for beautiful presents!
Orange Ginger Chocolate Bark
90g dark chocolate (I recommend about 75% or above)
zest of 2 oranges (about 2 tablespoons)
handful of crystalised ginger (about ¼ cup), thinly sliced
1. Line a baking tray with some oven proof paper
2. Melt the chocolate
3. Stir in half of the orange zest and ginger
4. Gently pour the chocolate onto the lined tray
5. Sprinkle over the remaining orange zest and ginger
6. Pop the tray into the fridge or freezer to set for about 30 minutes
7. Once the chocolate is set, it’ll feel hard when you touch it. Gently break the bark into pieces using your hands. It’ll naturally snap into all different shapes and sizes.
8. Enjoy!
