Cacao Coconut Crunch
Two ingredients. One step. Endless deliciousness. Whip up this recipe in a heartbeat, then enjoy it with numerous things – on your morning smoothie, added to your chocolatey breakfast, atop toast with nut butter, sprinkled on a hot cacao, with yoghurt and muesli, mixed into baked goods, on chia pudding…the list goes on!
½ cup cacao nibs
¼ cup desiccated coconut
1. Place the nibs and coconut into a blender and blitz briefly (the longer you blend it, the finer it’ll blend. I prefer mine to be more crunchy so I only blend it for a few seconds!). Transfer to a jar and store in your fridge. Enjoy!
