Christmas Clusters
Feeling like making something a little festive for Christmas? These dark chocolate clusters may just be the answer! Think dark chocolate mixed with almond butter, crunchy chopped nuts, coconut and a pinch of salt. They’re fun and easy to make. Plus they make a delightful Chrissy gift!
Makes about 18 clusters
2 blocks Lindt dark chocolate (I used 90%)
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup silvered almonds
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Good pinch of sea salt
1. Melt the dark chocolate
2. Stir in the almond butter
3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients
4. Place dollops of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper (you’ll probably need 2 baking trays!)
5. Pop the trays into the fridge to allow the clusters to set
6. Enjoy!
