Been working with Nina for just over eight months now and loved the experience. She has been phenomenal at working at a pace that makes sense for me and the changes she has helped me make have really stuck and all my original health goals are moving towards more and more positive outcomes.
I really appreciate the detailed treatments plans, the flexibility to meet on Zoom and the high quality advice and strategies offered to me. I really feel like Nina meets me where I am and her knowledge and professionalism shines in every interaction. Highly recommend.

FAQ

What happens during a consultation?

In your first consultation, we’ll discuss what’s brought you in and what you’d like help with. Here, we’ll explore your current symptoms, various body systems, health history, sleep patterns, energy, stress levels, self care and more. We’ll also discuss various aspects relating to eating, including your behaviours, thoughts and emotions surrounding food. We’ll pay careful attention to your individual circumstances, hopes and desires as we’re all different and have our own story. Together, we’ll formulate a treatment plan that’s unique to you, your preferences and goals. Certain practitioner-only supplements may also be prescribed if appropriate.

In a follow up consultation, we check in on your progress and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. This provides a key opportunity to reflect and delve deeper to ensure long lasting and enjoyable changes.

Where and when can I see you?

I practice from two beautiful clinic locations in Sydney, as well as online.
On Thursdays, you can find me at Haven Wellness, a body affirming and HAES aligned fitness and yoga studio located in Summer Hill.
On Fridays, I practice from a lovely private clinic located in Concord West.
Outside of this, I am also available for online appointments on both Thursdays and Fridays. These consultations are available for all clients Australia wide and globally (with the exception of those in the USA or Canada).
You can select a specific date and time that suits you best by booking online here. If you’d like your appointment to be conducted online, send me an email on contact@ninakingsfordsmith.com.au after you’ve made the booking to let me know. If you can’t find a time that suits, just let me know by emailing me and we’ll work something out :)

How long does an appointment last?

An initial consultation lasts 90 minutes. This allows time for me to get to know you, your health concerns, your hopes and desires. Time will also be taken to formulate a treatment plan that’s unique to you, your personal preferences and circumstances.

A follow up consultation lasts 60 minutes. During this time, we check in on your progress and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. This provides a key opportunity to reflect and delve deeper to ensure long lasting and enjoyable changes.

How do I make an appointment?

To book an initial appointment

If you haven’t had an appointment with me before, please book an introductory 15 minute phone call with me here. This will give you the opportunity to see how we can work together and ask any questions. You can then book an initial appointment with me during this phone call, or afterwards by emailing me on contact@ninakingsfordsmith.com.au.

To book a follow up appointment

If you have had an appointment with me before and would like to book a food up appointment, please email me on contact@ninakingsfordsmith.com.au.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Please provide at least 48 hours notice of cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Rescheduled appointments made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

I kindly ask that avoid cancelling or rescheduling appointments. As a small business, last minute cancelled or rescheduled appointments, cause troubles and impact everyone. This policy is in place so I can help all clients get appointments when they need them. When you give enough notice, it allows me to use that time to help someone else. Thanks for your understanding.

Nina is a helpful and extremely knowledgable nutritionist and I am so glad to have found her. She is very friendly all the while still maintaining a high level of professionalism with each consult. Nina creates realistic goals and plans that align with what is best for your health but also your lifestyle. I always feel I can be honest with Nina about how I am going following my treatment plan and she is understanding and accomodating. I have learned a lot about nutrition from her and have improved my overall health and wellbeing with her guidance. Her knowledge and analysis of my blood tests and information about my lifestyle (and it’s impact on my physical health) is impressive and really beneficial. If you are considering seeing Nina, I highly recommend booking a consult with her!
